Rob has been with CRI since 1980. He also has experience as a state hospital association executive. Rob received his MBA from Rutgers University and a BA from Colgate University.

Steve joined CRI in 2005. Prior to joining CRI, he headed the northeast office of a national healthcare consulting firm. Steve also held executive positions in hospitals, health systems and an academic medical center. He received his MS in Management and his BS in Organizational Development from the Lesley University School of Management.

Carl has been with CRI since 1973 and has served as its president since 1980. He also has experience as an economist and internal consultant in the insurance industry. He received an MBA from Columbia University and a BS from Lehigh University.

Tom has been with CRI since 1976. Tom has an MBA and MPH from Columbia University, and an MA from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College.
